She’s Only 26-Years Old, But Owns Her Own Accredited International College

Forget all you know about being a boss, Caroline Esinam Adzogble is truly a boss!

The stunning Ghanian woman is a stupendously successful entrepreneur, educationist and business coach. She is also a passionate and dedicated advocate for women and girls in technology.

So much so, that in 2016, at the tender age of 24, she became the youngest woman in Africa to own and manage an accredited international college. Adzogble was still studying Business Administration and Computer Science when she initially launched her school in 2012.

The Potters International College offers career training programs in technology for students and those already working in I.T. Students have the option of studying online, or studying on the Presidential Floor at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

Aside from Potters International College, Adzogble is also the founder of IAES Africa.

The platform promotes international student recruitment and institutional partnerships. Currently, it recruits students across 43 countries and partners with several institutions across all continents.

When she is not running those two institutions, she runs many more. She is the president and co-founder of Caroline University – a venture she runs with fellow businessperson Kwame A.A Opoku.

Adzogble is also the CEO of Admission in 30 Minutes, a student recruitment platform. The platform boasts 60 International Partners and 2000+ students.

It is hard to imagine when Caroline sleeps, as she also runs Everyday Travels and Tours and Caroline Technology Solutions.

She Is A Philanthropist

Caroline is also a keen to give back to those who want to study but cannot afford it.

She is also the president of Mercy Heart Foundation, which provides merit-based scholarships for students to study abroad on a tuition-free basis.

She told Joy Online, “I am on the quest to uplift Education within Africa and beyond. To make Education the most accessible and affordable to students located in over 146 countries.”
